The physical, electrical and chemical properties of PFA are similar to those of PTFE. It is a thermoplastic that can be fused and processed. PFA tube has excellent stress cracking resistance and bending life, but the permeability is not as good as Ptfe Tube. PFA tubes contain very low metal ions and maintain high mechanical strength and bursting pressure at higher temperatures. Production Process of Soluble Ptfe Pipe:
1. First, the PTFE resin is mixed with a solvent to form a paste.
2. The paste is then extruded into a pipe shape using an extruder.
3. The pipe is then heated to a specific temperature to evaporate the solvent, leaving behind a solid Ptfe Pipe.
