PTFE melt viscosity is high, and its viscosity decreases with increasing shear stress, showing its non-Newtonian fluid characteristics. Emulsion resin is usually processed by cold extrusion and sintering, and can form a corrosion-resistant layer on the surface of the product. If transparency and toughness are required, rapid cooling should be adopted. Extrusion molding can also be used to extrude pipes, rods, and profiles.
