Preparation method:
1. Preparation of tetrafluoroethylene monomer: In industry, methane trichloride is used as raw material, and fluorinated with anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. The reaction temperature is above 65℃, and antimony pentachloride is used as a catalyst. Finally, tetrafluoroethylene is produced by thermal cracking. It can also be produced by reacting zinc with tetrafluorodichloroethane at high temperature.

2. Preparation of polytetrafluoroethylene: In a enamel or stainless steel polymerization kettle, using water as a medium, potassium persulfate as an initiator, ammonium perfluorocarboxylate as a dispersant, fluorocarbon compounds as stabilizers, polytetrafluoroethylene is produced by oxidative-reductive polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene. Various additives are added to the reaction kettle, and the tetrafluoroethylene monomer is introduced into the polymerization kettle in the gas phase. The temperature inside the kettle is adjusted to 25℃, and a certain amount of activator (mainly sodium metabisulfite) is added to initiate the polymerization through an oxidation-reduction system. During the polymerization process, monomers are continuously replenished to maintain the polymerization pressure at 0.49-0.78 MPa. After polymerization, the obtained dispersion is diluted to a certain concentration with water, and the temperature is adjusted to 15-20℃. After mechanical stirring and coagulation, it is washed with water and dried to obtain the product in the form of fine granules.
