The extruder head is inserted into the mold cavity, and as each set of molds closes, the forming cavity for the corrugated pipe is created. The extruder injects melted polyethylene plastic into the mold, and the solution quickly fills the grooves. As the mold moves forward, the cooling system in the mold will cause the corrugated pipe to harden and take shape.

Each set of molds will automatically open and release the formed pipe, and the molds will move forward to continue the cycle of forming corrugated pipes. After the pipe is released from the mold, it needs to be completely hardened by water cooling. The long corrugated pipe will continue to grow.

By rotating several toothed turntables, holes are punched around the grooves of the corrugated pipe. Square holes are usually punched to increase the drainage area. The surface of the corrugated pipe is wrapped with a layer of filter cloth and heat-pressed to prevent the holes from being blocked in the drainage ditch. Finally, the water pipe is cut to a certain length, wound on a reel, and fixed with a rope. It is then wrapped in plastic film and ready for shipment.

1. Mixing: Select raw materials, colorants, high-temperature resistant agents, and flame retardants according to the formula requirements, and stir in the mixer for 5-7 minutes to evenly mix the materials and accessories. (Note: do not mix in other impurities)

2. Extrusion: Select the extrusion mold, heat it up, and adjust the temperature according to the material. Clean the machine and wash off the leftover material from the last extrusion. (Ensure that there are no other impurities in materials of different colors or other materials) Adjust the mold and ensure there is no bias. (When adjusting the bias, the adjustment amplitude should not be too large, and the force should be moderate, especially for thin-walled pipes) (self-extinguishing pipes)

3. Forming: Select the mold and pay attention to the direction when installing the mold. Choose guide pins and suitable air plugs to ensure that there is no air leakage during the forming process and that the air plugs do not scrape the inner wall of the pipe. Adjust the appropriate air pressure according to the shape of the pipe.

4. Winding: Adjust the meter according to the requirements, and the reel will automatically stop after an alarm. Tie and wind the pipe.

5. Packaging: For the inner packaging, use wrapping film to wrap the finished product completely, and be careful not to tie it too tightly, which may deform the product. For the secondary packaging, use kraft paper to wrap it to ensure full coverage. For the outer packaging, tightly wrap it with tape and pack it in a snake skin bag.
