Manufacturing process of PTFE Corrugated Hose:
It is made by a special blow molding process. The Ptfe Pipe is heated to a certain temperature in a certain mold, and a certain internal pressure is applied to the pipe to make the pipe expand laterally (blow molding), and then cooled and shaped. This corrugated hose has the inherent properties of PTFE and has high flexibility and elasticity. There are three types of corrugations: V-shaped, U-shaped, and Ω-shaped. As a connecting component for corrosion-resistant pipelines, it absorbs the changes in pipeline length caused by thermal expansion and contraction, and has the function of connecting rigid and brittle pipelines.
In order to improve the performance, the corrugated hose can also be reinforced with metal rings, metal sleeves, rubber, etc.
Applications of PTFE Corrugated Hose:
