Production process of PTFE corrugated tube:
1. Raw material preparation: The main raw material for PTFE corrugated tube is PTFE resin. The resin is first crushed and sieved to remove impurities and then mixed with other additives.
2. Extrusion: The mixed resin is then extruded through a die to form a tube shape. The tube is then cooled and cut to the desired length.
